Terms of Service

By creating an account or using AutoInvoice, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

AutoInvoice provides automated invoice generation and sending tools for self-employed individuals. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

AutoInvoice offers a free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, paid plans are available on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

You own your data. We process it only to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. On account deletion, your data is deleted within 30 days subject to legal retention requirements.

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that invoices will be delivered successfully in all cases. You are responsible for verifying that your clients have received their invoices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoInvoice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
